Agent Duper is Stan's rival at the CIA who, claiming to be "a big fan", is effectively replacing Stan by beating his time on the test course, taking his bran muffin and analyzing terrorist chatter while Stan is bumped down to terrorist banter in "Roger Codger".
"Roger Codger" also reveals that he is a Protestant along with Deputy Director Avery Bullock, the only non-Episcopalians.
Duper sits in the audience during Stan and Hayley's concert at NGA Land in "Stannie Get Your Gun".
Bullock gives Duper God's autograph after specifying "Protestants Only" from the stash of illegal CIA items in "I Can't Stan You".
He appears in the audience of Cirque du Hey Hey Hey in "Stanny-Boy and Frantastic".
He has a crowd scene cameo in "100 A.D." where he dies in a bus crash. He returns as a clone of himself in "Son of Stan" where he states that he is the same except the old Duper was "married to some ugly bitch".
In these appearances he is voiced by Phill Lewis.
In "The Kidney Stays in the Picture", he has turned into a pile of goo from failing to return from a time travel mission on time. Here, he is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
Duper is on Bullock's list of people who like crocs in "She Swill Survive" and can be seen shelling blunt wraps in "Jeff and the Dank Ass Weed Factory".
