Dr. Moe Munney is the Doctor that sits bored through Hayley and Francine's pitch for armadillo-derived arthritis medicine they sell as a side hustle in "A Little Extra Scratch". But when they spice up their presentation by wearing skimpier outfits, becomes much more interested.
He also informs Stan that the beating he takes in order to keep a sad face will result in his face collapsing if struck again.
