Dirty Doug's Cowboy Steak Hole is a restaurant in "The Hall Monitor and the Lunch Lady" where Principal Lewis takes Steve and the other hall monitors out for dinner.
There, he reveals that he has been responsible for poisoning students in order to expand his business from his Christmas tree farm by generating revenue from sawdust. To expand even further, he reveals his plans to poison the town's water supply in order to make the entire town sick.
