Richard Anthony "Dick" Wolf (born December 20, 1946) is an American television producer/creator of the Law & Order franchise.
In "Stompe le Monde", Francine goes to work as a writer for Law & Order while the family lives in New York City while putting on their play Stomp.
She proposes an episode in which the suspect isn't who everyone thinks it is until Dick Wolf points out they've done that before.
