Delmer is a handyman that Stan employs to keep Francine from sleeping after she has a sexual dream about Jeff Fischer in "Enter Stanman".
Delmer supplies spotlights on the house, replacing the water supply with Monster Energy drink, but when he brings a load of pigs to the house, she catches him shaking hands with Stan. As Delmer turns to leave, he falls into the pigpen and is devoured.
