Dean Winters (born July 20, 1964) is an American actor known for his work in Oz, Rescue Me, 30 Rock, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, as well as the character "Mayhem" in a series of Allstate Insurance commercials.
Dean provides the voice of Edward Vavance in "News Glance With Genevieve Vavance".
