Dean Barkov is the dean of Groff Community College.
In "The Professor and the Coach", Barkov introduces Roger as Coach Grundy as the school's new football coach, noting the crowd's "sick" reaction. Later, Roger is seen on a video played by Hayley angrily placing his genitals on a steak a chef is cooking for the dean.
