Crazy Dave is the sole featured comedian in a level of Hell dedicated to those that support live comedy in "A Roger Story", which is where Steve and Snot find themselves when they take poison in an effort to patch things up between their mothers.
In being the only comic present, Dave reminds the audience that it's a punishment for him as well.
