Plot:
Tired of hanging out at Danuta's all the time, Hayley offers up her room for a gathering, despite an inner voice criticizing her every word. When Jeff wants to know what's got her so antsy, she admits that she always wanted to live like the big city girls in her favorite show, and Danuta and Nerfer are her best chance to make her dream come true. Checking the house to make sure there's nothing that can embarrass her, she zip ties and relegates Steve, Rogu, Klaus and Jeff to a shed in the backyard. Putting in the video of her favorite show for the girls, her inner voice criticizes her for overexplaining the show and sends her running to 'Dr. Penguin' for help. However, Roger explains that he's in the middle of something else, not to mention that Dr. Penguin may or may not have died. Presenting a Groupon, Dr. Penguin arrives and helps her with an experimental treatment called "high intensity visualization", which involves placing the critical voice into a painting of a farm. When this seems to work, she returns to her friend, but hears a cow mooing. Looking out the window, she sees a cow, which turns out to be the persona of her inner voice.
Seeking out Roger, his advice is for her to ignore it, but it keeps nagging her, But does inspire her to try to liven up the night with M-80 firecrackers, only to find out that her friends have split. Locked in the shed, the guys get a solid buzz on an opened can of 'Dr. Slippy's Goop Off!'. When Klaus climbs to the upper shelf to close it, he forgets why he's there, but spots Danuta. As her inner voice continues to comment on her life, she vows to get rid of it. Ignoring Dr. Penguin's advice not to try to visualize without a trained professional, she is interrupted by the guys searching for Danuta who tear her room apart searching for her. When Hayley tells them that she's already left, they run out searching for her, but run into a racoon instead. Back in her room, Hayley wishes she was a character in her favorite show and finds herself transported there in a visualization.
Things seem to be going well at first, but after one of her friends comments on her oversharing, she finds her inner voice cow at the door. Facing eviction because they have a cow in the room, Hayley totally freaks out. Hiding the cow in the bathroom, The landlord nearly discovers it, but her friends intervene and allow her to move it to a closet. However, the cow bursts through the door, completely swole, and decapitating the landlord. But when it confronts Hayley, she fights back by accusing it of ruining her dream and punching it. Dr. Penguin arrives and reminds Hayley that he told her not to visualize without professional help. He points out that by trying to ignore her negative thoughts, she only empowered it. She points out that it was his advice that led her to do it in the first place, as he notes that it was paid for with a Groupon. He advises her to acknowledge her thoughts and allow some to pass. Giving her cow a goodbye kiss, she finds herself back in her room with Dr. Penguin. Going to her friends to apologize, they let her know that because she has a husband and a job, they feel that she's the one that has things figured out. Just then, the guys come running up for Danuta, but then forget why they are there.
Meanwhile, Roger is opening a new spa in the attic, and Francine and Stan plan on being his first customers, but when he starts to give them their massage, he collapses from carpal tunnel syndrome. When they consider calling it a night, Roger directs Stan in a massage of Francine. Even though Roger insists it shouldn't be sexual, his directions sure make it tempting. After a pause to be Dr. Penguin, he returns to find Francine and Stan having sex so he settles in to watch. When Stan wants him to leave, he challenges them to a contest to see who can finish first between their sex and his masturbating, and Francine takes him up on his challenge.
