Cleonard, Jr., Mama, Big Clen, Tammy & her man, Cleonard Dawn, "Guts"
Cleonard is a 'lake person' that introduces himself to Stan after Roger's idea of damming a river to get out of fly fishing with Francine accidently turns it into a lake in "Dammmm, Stan!".
Cleonard spells his name out carefully for Stan, and when he tosses him a beer, Stan lands neatly into an inner tube floating in the lake, to which Cleonard remarks that he's a natural lake person as well and he joins his redneck family, Cleonard, Jr., Mama, Big Clen, Tammy & her man, "Guts" and Cleonard Dawn. He tries to get Francine involved, but she is disgusted by their games.
But when Francine discovers that Stan damn the river just to get out of fly fishing with her, she blows it up and takes off downriver. Vowing revenge, Cleonard and his gang take off after her but not before Tammy doubles back to tell Stan that she has a crush on him. Stan and Roger try to beat them to her by taking a shortcut, but the latter is attacked and carried off by an owl. Stan nearly drowns until he is fished out by Francine. Stan tries to intervene when the lake people arrive but is nearly killed as well until saved by Francine who insists he hide and allow her to take care of things. Francine uses her fly fishing skills to hook out Cleonard's eyes and sends the rest of the family packing. After Stan and Francine leave the scene, Cleonard stumbles around continuing to search until he finds a cooler with a beer in it
Clenard is voiced by Jon Reep. Tammy is voiced by Rachael MacFarlane.
