Biography
Chuck White is Stan's arch-enemy, a gloating neighbor who usually outdoes Stan. He first appeared in Deacon Stan, Jesus Man, when Stan was spying on him through binoculars while the White family were getting ready for church.
He is the owner of 'White Used Cars' - Remember, you'll never get robbed by a White guy.
Family
He is married to Christie, who cheats on him. It is unknown if he is aware of it, or whether he cares. The couple have a daughter, Betsy,who had a romantic relation with Steve and later left to go to her aunt because she got pregnant with Roger's egg. it is unknown if she will return or not. He also has a son that only showed up in two scenes and is completely ignored.
Personality
Chuck seems to be quite up himself.
He has a distinctive laugh, which he ends most sentences with. He generally laughs when mocking people (Stan), but also laughs when angry or depressed.
He has hinted on more than two occasions that he is gay and insecure about his life for example when he loses at anything he gets drunk and depressed as opposed to when he wins he grows happy, laughs, and rubs it in the losers face.
Chuck is over-protective or extremely pushy of his daughter, forcing her to do gymnastics and keeping her away from boys because he believes they will get her pregnant and or embarres him.
