Chinchilla Slim is a backroom poker player at the Red State Grocery in "The Pink Sphinx Holds Her Hearts on the Turn".
In an effort to hide her thoughts from the kids, Roger talks Francine into taking up poker, where, with his coaching, she becomes successful, winning Chinchilla's fur coat and eventually ruining her as Francine rises in the ranks. Chinchilla ultimately becomes indebted to Frog Rose and forced to serve as a dealer in her illegal casino.
