Chesterbrook Condominiums is where Mrs. Lonstein's new boyfriend Del invites her and Snot to live with him in "Paranoid Frandroid".
Snot asks Steve and Klaus are excited to help him move, as Klaus notes that it has nice landscaping, tennis courts, and a communal pool with tons of noodles.
They turn his new basement bedroom into a bachelor pad, but Snot and Steve strike out in inviting ladies over. However, Mrs. Lonstein falls for the lure of the basement and moves on Klaus, which results in Del kicking the pair out.
Later, Roger is seen looking at a guide for Chesterbrook and vows that one day he'll live there.
