Charlie is Greg Corbin's cameraman in "Fleabiscuit".
While interviewing Jeff Fischer and his racing greyhound Fleabiscuit, Greg breaks the news that Hayley and Roger, posing as a racing greyhound named Ryan, will be running against them in the final leg of the Triple Crown. This surprises Jeff so Greg asks Charlie to get a close up of his face, which he does by placing the camera as close as possible. When Greg points out they are controls on the camera to do this, Charlie snaps that he'll do things his own way.
