Chairman Meow is a cat owned by a resident of Mercyville, IN that recognizes Stan as having pooped in a pool in "An Incident at Owl Creek". Chairman Meow's owner struggles to remember exactly where he had seen Stan before as they go though their daily routine until the owner finally remembers a newspaper clipping. Stan apparently kills the owner and burns his house. It is unknown what happened to Chairman Meow although the entire sequence is revealed to be an extended fantasy of Stan's.
The cat's name derives from the founder of the People's Republic of China Mao Zedong, who was commonly known as Chairman Mao.
