"Centerfield" is the title track from the album by John Fogerty.
In "Fantasy Baseball", the original song is used in a montage of umpire scenes.
In "A League of His Own", Steve and Hayley find a recording of Avery Bullock singing "Centerfield" in the CIA file room. Later, Bullock is actually shown recording the song while Hayley and Roger try to teach Stan how not to be afraid of the ball.
