The Burger Joint is where Steve, Daniel and Roger meet when Roger's persona of Ricky Spanish is trying to make amends to everyone he wronged in "Ricky Spanish".
After Roger reminds another patron named Jenny that she almost forgot her purse, Steve goes off to the jukebox and Roger lets Daniel in on a plan to make up him taking the fall on a previous heist by planning another with Steve getting caught this time.
