William Nathan Boyd (born 28 August 1968), professionally known as Billy Boyd, is a Scottish actor and musician, known for his work in Peter Jackson's film trilogy The Lord of the Rings, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World and Glen and Glenda in the Child's Play film Seed of Chucky and second season of the television series Chucky.
In "Between A Ring And A Hardass" Billy plots with the other hobbit cast of The Lord of the Rings to steal the prop ring used in the films by disguising himself as social worker Jack Hardass. When their robbery plan goes wrong, they turn to kidnapping Steve, but are foiled when the Smith use Roger's sex-drugged laced Beef Wellington and porn videos to incapacitate them. Billy's original plan was to use his share of the ransom to fund his own brand of tequila, Casa Smeagol.
