Roger's Disguise: Wolfman Jack knock-off from "American Dad Graffito"

Plot:

When Steve and his friends are sharing stories about their chaotic home life, Snot warns him that his chaotic homelife could get him reported social services. He dismisses their concerns, unaware that he's being observed by an undercover social services worker and a home inspection is to be made. The Smiths aren't worried at first, having bribed the previous social worker but they find he's been fired for taking bribes, and a new one has been assigned to their case named Jack Hardass. Despite the family's preparations, Jack arrives earlier than expected and catches them unready. They quickly try to regroup, and despite things going horribly, the Jack starts to give his approval due to Steve's happy attitude. But when their misfortunes come to a climax, Jack changes his mind and Steve comes along willingly, annoyed that the family couldn't get their act together for one single night.

While the family mourns the loss of Steve, the real Jack Hardass arrives, with the previous one being a kidnapper wanting Stan's One Ring prop from The Lord of the Rings. Using stand-ins they hired for themselves to keep the real Jack busy, they set out in search of Steve, tracing the message sent demanding the ring. They discover that the kidnappers are the hobbits from The Lord of the Rings. While trying to come up with a way to get inside, they start bickering and realize that Steve was right about them not being able to get things right until Stan hits on a plan to turn their chaos to their advantage. Sending in Roger's sex-drugged beef Wellington and porn videos, they incapacitate the hobbits. Grabbing Steve, they hurry back home where Jack is getting impatient to meet with the former. They manage to dump Steve into his room where he passes off the burlap sack he's in as his homework and Jack gives his approval to Steve's precious family.
